Folayan's career spans over 17 years, during which he has held key positions including IT Projects Manager at Nalado Nigeria Limited, and Assistant Client Services Manager at General Data Engineering Services Nig Ltd. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in e-Government from CDAC, India, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Ilorin. His professional certifications include Certified Senior Lead Implementer for ISO/IEC 27001 and Certified Lead Cybersecurity Manager for ISO/IEC 27032. Folayan's core competencies encompass domain management systems, network management, client services, and project management.     Malam IBRAHIM TUKUR obtained B.Sc. degree in Accounting and started his career in the Civil Service in 2003 as an Accountant II in the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation and posted to the Office of the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. In 2009, he was posted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs where he was subsequently appointed as Finance Attaché (i.e., Head of Finance and Accounts department) in the Nigerian Embassy Abidjan, Cote d’ivoire. After completing his tenure abroad successfully, he returned to the country in 2016. He was posted to the Federal Ministry of Finance and worked with the Presidential Initiative on Continuous Audit (PICA) division which was set up to strengthen controls over Government finances particularly in respect of payroll which saved billions of Naira for the Nation.
